1. No Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final once the order has been processed and shipped.

2. Refunds

If you find any items missing from your package, please notify us witihin 24-48 hours of delivery. To ensure a quick resolution , we follow a strict verification process.

  • Unboxing video Required: We highly recommend filiming a continuous unboxing video. This serves as proof for any missing items claims.

Approved refunds for missing or damaged items will be automatically Credited on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
