Design & Personalization:
1.Reference Images: For specific color matching or patterns, we use this image as reference after placing the order. If you want more changes in custimization please contact us via WhatsApp immediately after placing the order.
2.Handmade Variance: Since these are hand-crafted boutique items, slight variations in stone placement or bead shading may occur. This uniqueness is the hallmark of a customized product.
3.Material Selection: We use premium Material as standard. If you require specific beads (like Oval Hanging or Plastic Zircons etc), please specify during the design consultation.
4.Processing Time: Customized products require a minimum of 2 to 3 working days for crafting, depending on the complexity of the design.
5.No Urgent Orders: Quality handwork cannot be rushed. Please place your orders at least 10 days in advance of your event.
