1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be reported within 72 hours of delivery and fall under one of the following categories:
- Shipping Damage: The item was damaged during transit.
- Defective: The product has a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect Item: You received a different product than what you ordered.
Note: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and kept in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Slight color or size variations (standard in handmade products or raw materials).
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Clearance/Sale items.
- Used or tampered products.
3. How to Start a Return
If your item meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

- Submit Proof: Provide your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product/damage.
- Verification: Once we verify the details, we will approve the return and provide specific instructions on the next steps.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
